We have many contracts with software vendors. I think Veritape's technical team deserves an award for your proactive approach to solving a non standard issue (caused by us in error, I need to add - apologies for this). Usually, we have to chase tickets and wait in queue systems for a great deal of time only to reach a person (if you are lucky) who tells you what you already know.
