Will Veritape CallCentre record effectively from so many extensions?Veritape CallCentre is a robust system which can record from an unlimited number of phone lines simultaneously. In addition, calls recorded at any site can be searched and played back from any/all of the sites if the sites are linked by a LAN/WAN. Veritape CallCentre is specifically designed to operate seamlessly across multiple sites. The data storage methods used ensure that calls/data can be stored on one or on multiple sites, and retrieved from any location. Any Veritape CallCentre installation is configured to each customer's specific data storage, network/Lan/Wan and traffic requirements.How many telephone extensions can I record at once?You can record from an unlimited number of extensions at any one time.If our company increases the number of telephone extensions, can Veritape CallCentre be expanded?Veritape CallCentre is inherently flexible and expandable. The system can be expanded ONE extension at a time, with no minimum purchase. This is a very important point: we do not require our clients to purchase 'chunks' of lines, like some other call recording systems. You simply pay for the number of recorded extensions which are recorded. If, at a later stage, you wish to expand from, say, 25 to 26 extensions, simply purchase one more recording license. Some other systems require the purchase of recorded lines in chunks of 4,8,16 or even 32 at a time. This means that you will pay for additional capacity whether or not it is being used. |
