Veritape Manager - scoring calls

Veritape Manager is the location in which calls are scored if you are using Veritape Call Scoring. Scoring a call is incredibly simple.

Once you have located a call you wish to score (click here for more details on finding calls), you simply hit the 'score' button:

You are then presented with a list of questions you have previously configured. While listening to the call, simply go through the questions and assess the call accordingly. You can pause or rewind the recorded call at any time, of course.

You can enter comments against the scoring session, print the score for an Agent's performance records, and much more.

Setting up new types of scoring 'sheets' or customising existing questions is incredibly easy too.

Of course, it's no good just inputting information about calls. To get any value from Call Scoring, you need to be able to produce meaningful reports.
