Walkthrough Step 5: Veritape CallCentre is amazingly flexible

Now you have a good understanding of the architecture of Veritape CallCentre, consider the following:

Multiple sites are supported natively - including home workers or staff who are not always connected to your IT network
That includes remote workers who use laptops and only occasionally 'dock' or connect to your IT network
Calls can be saved onto one or many storage devices - for example if you have 4 sites, then calls from each site can be saved either to a central location or to 4 separate locations
Calls can be retrieved and listened to from any location - that includes remote sites, or even while travelling, through a VPN connection to your office IT network
You do not have to record all telephone extensions at a site - simply choose the number you want to record
