Support

What Support does Veritape Ltd provide?

Veritape products have been designed to require minimal service and support. However, we are committed to providing first class support services should they be required. We have a team of highly trained Support staff that provide telephone, email, VNC and site-based assistance.

Due to the innovative design of the software, the majority of problems can be addressed without the need to visit your site. This dramatically increases our speed of response, and reduces the impact of any issues. It should be noted that the vast majority of Veritape's clients never require an on-site Support visit.

What is VNC Support?

VNC is a system whereby your IT staff can connect over the internet to the PC of one of our Support staff, allowing our Support staff to monitor and take control of your PC remotely. This system is only ever activated on a case-by-case basis with your explicit permission, and it is impossible for remote access to occur otherwise.

What hours are Veritape Support staff available?

Our clients all receive Support during normal office hours (0900-1700 Mon-Fri) as standard. Clients who require additional out-of-hours support purchase our Extended Support Service, which gives 24-hour, 7-day-per-week support.

Does Veritape Ltd provide 24-hour Support?

Yes, you can purchase our Extended Support Service which gives 24-hour, 7-day-per-week support.

What documentation is provided for system help? How up to date is it? How is it updated?

Full system and help documentation is provided to your IT staff on installation. The documentation is in electronic format, and is the same documentation used by Veritape's internal development and support staff. When product updates are issued, this documentation is updated accordingly.
