Veritape Manager

Veritape Manager is a core part of Veritape CallCentre. It is used on a regular basis as part of performance assessments, quality monitoring and investigating customer queries.

Veritape Manager has powerful features:
Allows you to find the call recordings you want, quickly
Play, pause, fast-forward, rewind calls easily
Email calls or copy them to network locations
Full security system means only staff with appropriate permissions can access calls
Reporting capabilities for analysing your calls
Create Groups for easy monitoring and reporting
Typically used by Supervisors and Managers with additional copies in training areas/rooms so Agents can listen to their own calls
