John Hinnigan

Chairman

John is a private investor, involved mainly with technology related enterprises such as software, telephony, engineering services, internet and instrumentation.

He is also an associate of Beer and Partners, in which role he helps new and growing businesses prepare their plans and seek angel investors – Beer is the largest angel network in the UK.

John has been a director or chairman of a number of businesses funded by private investors and by institutions.  He has also conducted extensive strategic evaluation and due diligence assignments with international private equity firms on major transactions.

Before 2001 John held a series of Divisional Chief Executive posts in large public corporations.
