1. I just want to record my telephone calls.
If you are looking to purely record your telephone calls with no unnecessary add-ons, look no further than Veritape Client and Veritape Manager.
Veritape Client is our core call recording product - it records the telephone conversation. The software is offered on a rental basis per Agent seat that needs it, so you only pay for what you use.
Veritape Manager works in tandem with Veritape Client. It allows contact centre supervisors, managers and trainers to locate and retrieve call recordings quickly.Veritape Manager also offers a reporting function for call analysis.
2. I want to start recording calls, and be PCI compliant.
You will need Veritape’s core call recording modules, Veritape Client and Veritape Manager (see details above). In addition you will need CallGuard software installed on the Agent desks that require it.
