PCI DSS call recording demo
This demonstration shows Veritape Call Control being used to automatically ‘bleep’ out sensitive credit card data from recorded telephone calls, thus ensuring PCI DSS compliance. The triggers to control the ‘bleeping’ are generated by Veritape’s ScreenScout technology.
In this demonstration, the 3-digit security code on the rear of the card (the CVC) is bleeped entirely from the recording. The 16-digit card number on the front (the PAN) is not bleeped, as the customer encrypts all call recordings. Most customers bleep both the PAN and the CVC. Veritape’s technology can be configured to bleep any part (or parts) of the transaction, automatically.
To play this demo you will need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
