Veritape Call Tagging
Veritape Call Tagging is an optional module that will give powerful insight into your call traffic and performance – an excellent way to mine business intelligence from your recorded calls. This module allows calls to be tagged with relevant information and can be retrieved quickly and easily.

How does it work?
Veritape Call Tagging is easy to implement and can be done in two ways. Agents can enter data manually on screen, during the course of a call. Or you may prefer for agents not to get involved in this process. In this case, Call Tagging can also be done automatically. This process is completely invisible to the agents, making it a fuss-free and effective option.
You can even use a combination of both - manual tagging and auto tagging can be used simultaneously.
How do we set up Call Tagging?
Veritape Call Tagging can be easily integrated into your business, with minimum effort or disruption. It can be configured to work with any application or website. Some additional scripting/coding by your IT team is all that is needed. Alternatively, Veritape can do this for you using our AutoAgent technology.
