Partner network overview
Through our partner network, Veritape is able to deliver its CallGuard products to a wide variety of different industries and markets.
Each of our partner types helps us to meet varying demands from the market, and assists us and our customers in slightly different ways.
Referral Partners
These companies generate qualified leads for Veritape and in return are paid a referral fee for every lead that results in a closed sale. Veritape representatives will handle the full customer engagement cycle upon receipt of the lead. Accordingly, product expertise and training are not required for this partnership level.
Reseller Partners
These partners have an existing presence in and an understanding of a particular market space, and view partnership with Veritape as adding value to the products/services they offer in that market. Resellers receive training and marketing/sales collateral from Veritape and work alongside our technical and sales experts to implement solutions for their customers.
Strategic Partners (SP)
These partners have in-depth technical knowledge of solutions provided in a given market sector and provide full-scale service and support to their customers. Front-line installation and support services are provided by the SP. Partnership at this level entails:
- mutually agreed business plans for defined geographic and product market segments
- commercial incentives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- full marketing and sales support with potential co-operation on funding for agreed marketing activities
- dedicated technical and service support channels and processes
Technology Partners (TP)
In order to deliver cutting-edge solutions to ourĀ customers, Veritape partners with leading industry technology firms. Veritape is continually looking at innovative ways to deliver the best technology to market.
