Veritape call recording software combines our core two modules:

  • Veritape Client (records the calls) and Veritape Manager (call search, playback, management)
  • These are installed on the Agent/Manager desks that need it, which means you only pay for what you use.

  • Call Scoring - the call measurement module - perfect for staff training and assessment. Agents can self-assess and set their own call evaluation criteria, helping to focus training activities on the right areas.
  • Call Tagging - Allows calls to be tagged with relevant information for quick and easy retrieval.  Call Tagging is an excellent way to mine business intelligence from your recorded calls.
